Transparency.
Obama is the king of dialogue with our enemies. But when the dialogue turns against him and what he believes he sends in the SEIU. Will he be sending them to Iran when Ahmadinejad disagrees with him?

2. Town Halls.
Obama is supposedly a huge believer in them but, obviously, it is only okay to host one when he is either the one doing all of the talking, or when the only people in the audience support him.

3. Health Care.
My parents didn't struggle their whole lives to be put out to pasture by a bunch of entitled, Ivy League, affirmative-action, mao-loving jackasses.

4. Irony and Hypocrisy.
Ted Kennedy.

5. If It Walks Like a Duck...
Nidal Malik Hasan is a TERRORIST YOU FUCKS, yes you NBC, MSNBC, CBS and NEWSWEEK.

6. MAD AS HELL
Eric Holder bringing the 9/11 Terrorists to a civil court, in New York City no less. There are so many problems with this I don't know where to begin. To think that these men are going to be given the same rights as American citizens is in and of itself utterly ridiculous. Not to mention totally disrespectful to every single person who perished that day. On top of that where is the President?? The only Friday where major news has happened and he was in our country was when he was selected as the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize! Who is running the United States? Obama doesn't have that much interest in a public option, but it is in the House Bill. Obama doesn't think it is necessary to put CIA agents on trial yet his AG goes ahead and does it anyway. We know Joe Biden couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag. So who is it?? This trial will result in a circus that will make the OJ trial look like reruns of Divorce Court, costing the tax payers millions of dollars while making a mockery of our country, and our military. The entire time the Obama White House will be patting themselves on the back for bringing these men to "justice".

7. Joni Mitchell
I pulled up behind a Cadillac
We were waiting for the light
And I took a look at his license plate
It said "Just Ice"
Is justice just ice?
Governed by greed and lust?
Just the strong doing what they can
And the weak suffering what they must?
And the gas leaks
And the oil spills
And sex sells everything
And sex kills
Sex kills

Geraldine Ferraro oops I mean Martha Coakley...

is really killing me, her commercial is highly annoying and totally irrelevant. The link on the boston.com home page is called, What if everyone told the truth? It caught my attention because of its blatent hypocracy so I clicked on it and, alas, was subjected to Alex Beam's musings on the current state of things. Only the hypocrites at the Boston Globe would publish an article about truth telling yet fail to do so themselves. The irony of it is, is that the article isn't even about telling the truth, it is a diatribe of little wishes and dare I say agenda driven bullshit.

Alex Beam, like every other liberal at the Boston Globe, thinks Americans are stupid and that his insights into the NCAA, John McCain, and Iraq are thoughtful and insightful when in reality they are narrow and contrived. Now usually I don't let the nitwits at the Boston Globe upset me, but Alex Beam's column, filled with inaccuracies, poor fact checking, and blatent bias riled me up enough for me to post (something I haven't done in a while).

Alex, suppose companies did decide to cap their earnings at $100 million. We could call it communism.
Alex, suppose you do some research about NCAA colleges and find out that their student athletes do have to demonstrate a 10th grade reading level. We could call it Boston College.
Alex, suppose one day you wake up and realize that the only incapacitated president in the last twenty years was Bill Clinton, and that thinking someone's age can be factored as a requirement for a job is a lot like thinking someone's race can.
Alex, suppose you apologize to the hundreds of families of New England soldiers in Iraq for your lack of support and start acknowledging the accomplishments of the military instead of saying their deaths were in vain.
Alex, suppose we conjure up a day when the Boston Globe actually writes something of consequence or importance instead of writing about "what if's."

Wishful thinking!

Together We Can

Laugh Our Asses Off!!!

WTF??

Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant? Honestly, WHAT THE FUCK? Pregnant at Sixteen? Sometime, not too long ago, didn't we look down on girls who got themselves knocked up before they could drive? Shouldn't this girl be ashamed of herself, or at the very least concerned about her own image? I would ask where her parents are, but after last year and the bizzarre behaviour of her sister, we can only conclude that their influence is not far reaching. To realize that her crazy sister, who, without a doubt, has some sort of untreated post-partum depression is a better influence on young girls, is depressing. At least Britney was married. Yet, magazines, TV and the news are going to treat this like another celebrity pregnancy. Sometimes girls find themselves in precarious positions, but Jamie Lynn Spears being pregnant is unacceptable, there is no excuse for this, there is only disgust and disgrace.

Are the Patriots Republican's?

Watching the Patriots on national television is a lot like hearing about George Bush on the news. Despite their stellar records both are made to feel inferior. All season long it has been a constant barrage of negativity towards the best team in the NFL. Yet, like the late Rodney Dangerfiled, they get absolutely no respect. The Patriots, a team with a perfect record, are never credited with making the tough plays, the team that is losing is. The Patriots are not recognized for their talent, they are portrayed as borderline cheaters, when in reality they are neither mediocre, nor are they cheaters. What Jim Nantz, Phil Simms, Cris Collinsworth, Bob Costas, George Castanza, Malcolm Jamal Warner, Dan Marino and Dan Shula fail to admit to themselves, because of their huge egos, is that The New England Patriots are arguably the best team in the history of the NFL, and it scares the ever loving carb-free shit out of them. It also scares the shit out of every Patriot loving fan. Are they really this good? Can they be this good? Who should I thank for them being this good? I joked around with my husband after the third or fourth game of this season, telling him the Patriots were going to go undefeated, and we laughed. I am still crossing my fingers, praying to God, and holding on to a pillow, my head in it, rocking back and forth like Demi Moore in St. Elmo’s Fire, but I have my doubts about Rob Lowe saving me, especially considering he is a Democrat.

My experience at the live debate left me with quite a bitter taste in my mouth and I needed time to regroup. Seriously, I was disgusted; disgusted with the Deval supporters, Christy Mihos, and the fact that the questions were truly one-sided and agenda driven. I was disgusted that Deval did not give us a one-on-one debate and that every time I turn on my television I am bombarded with a commercial that seems more like the Chariots of Fire video than a political ad. I am disgusted with groups that are supposed to be safe-havens for women yet they give their endorsement to a man who does not seem to really believe rape is a crime, or that crime is a crime, unless it has to do with how the criminals are being treated. I was not victimized by Healey’s infamous garage ad, but I was confused by the Deval ad with Martha Coakley, because, at first, I thought it was Geraldine Ferraro. I am also under the assumption that if The Massachusetts Teachers Association has enough money to make those cool ads with the cut-outs they shouldn’t need anymore of the tax-payers money. Obviously I should be in Iraq because I am uneducated and ignorant.

I think that just about sums up my animosity and the time I have missed on my sabbatical. However, the day of reckoning has come and the time is upon us to do the only thing we can do and that is vote. If you don’t, you won’t have any right to bitch about the shit storm that will undoubtedly hit us should Deval Patrick win.

Shadow Boxing

Through a stroke of good luck, I was fortunate enough to attend the debate last night in Faneuil Hall. If you are passionate about the issues of this campaign and are waiting for a debate that features more than Christy Mihos doing his stand-up routine and Grace Ross spouting what can only be defined as socialist agenda, don’t hold your breath. From the entrance of the candidates (Kerry Healey was booed and Deval was praised as if he were the second coming), to the lack of control displayed by David Gergen, to the inane and motivated, unfair and unbalanced questions, it was an exercise in futility and felt more like a high school pep rally than a debate between gubernatorial candidates vying for the corner office. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, but I can be disappointed. And although I feel Kerry Healey did a good job defending herself and her issues, and at times felt that both Ross and Mihos helped her out, Deval Patrick and his supporters (who whooped and hoo-hawed like they were at a taping of the Jerry Springer show) once again got the last ‘scripted’ word, and refused to debate Kerry Healey one-on-one. In all honesty, in a one-on-debate he will lose (and that is what he is afraid of) and he will have to answer questions that have been left out of previous debates because there are too many candidates and not enough time to get to issues that matter to the voters. The fact that Deval won’t debate Kerry Healey has nothing to do with whether or not it is fair to Ross and Mihos, it has to do with the fact that he does not care what the people want, it is about what he wants. Anyone that thinks either Deval or Kerry Healey will not be governor is living in a dream world and the talk of it being fair is another liberal ploy at political correctness. I find Ross and Mihos interesting but they waste my time with answers that I don’t care about and deflect the pressure from Deval answering the questions we need to hear from him. The inclusion of parties in races other than Democrat and Republican are perfectly fine, but when their poll numbers show them with no chance of eclipsing the two parties, their platform should not be included when they do not represent a majority of the people who are going to vote.

Leaving Me Cold

In Eileen McNamara's column today she intends her title to be directed at Kerry Healey and how her campaign has left women out in the cold. Along with many of the columns she has written during the campaign I find her arguments lacking and instead of being informative or balanced they further her and the Globe’s agenda to promote Deval Patrick despite the fact that he has proven to be less than straightforward on a number of issues, both personal and political.

McNamara, thinking that her readers only subscribe to the Globe says Healey’s fear-mongering tactics have backfired on her. Wasn't there a poll last week that stated Healey had cut Deval's lead to 13 points in three weeks or did I just imagine that? She then goes on to write that Healey has thrown another gratuitous blast at illegal immigrants. Is it wrong Eileen to not want people who are not from this country and are here illegally to not receive the same benefits that I as a taxpayer do? Forgive me for not having the bleeding heart that you do. Also didn’t Deval just do the classic Kerry (John that is) and flip-flop on one of his more controversial platform’s involving illegal aliens? She then asks when Healey plans to devote comparable attention to the more significant issues in education, health care, and the economy. Excuse me, but when is Deval Patrick going to focus on these issues (or any issues in the campaign for that matter) that do not have to do with him backtracking on his record or completely avoiding it altogether?

She wraps all of this up nicely with talking about the little bruncheon that brought together women who in her terms have the finger on the pulse of the women voters who inhabit the commonwealth. Perhaps it would do Eileen better to point out that Shaheen is no stranger to negative campaigning. Shaheen, though has "toughness credentials" while Healey is just a big meany. Then she delves into the same arena Deval did with his rebuttal to the leak that his brother-in-law is an unregistered sex-offender; Kerry Healey is not running a genuine campaign nor is there anything genuine about her. Eileen fails to mention that Kerry Healey, through her campaign of fear has exposed the disingenuous nature of Deval Patrick's campaign of hope. Perhaps the insincerity that runs rampant in the Patrick campaign is too painful to really examine so it is just easier to attack Healey on her association with Romney, who is not insincere, he just opposes abortion and gay marriage, then look at Healy independently from her boss.

If Eileen McNamara wants to write a column about two hundred and thirty women getting together to talk politics it might be helpful to know what these women talked about and not how she feels about the woman who was not there.

BACKTRACK?....YES WE CAN...

And make it look like we didn't.............

Together We Can...Smell the Hypocrisy

Kerry Healey may or may not have uncovered the story that Deval Patrick's brother-in-law is for all intense and purpose an unregistered sex offender; however who uncovered the story is not as important as what the story uncovers.

Deval wants us to look at Healey's campaign simply as a smear campaign, aimed to discredit him with negative ads. What Deval wants you to see is a hard-working, down on his luck, African-American, who despite the odds made it out of the projects all the way to Harvard. This is a Deval we can take at face value because his story is one that pulls at the heart strings and is inspiring; a story that at one time may have been considered the "American Dream". The real Deval is a man who is a walking contradiction of a persona he has spent a long time perfecting. In a month Kerry Healey's campaign has uncovered and exposed Deval Patrick and the less than flattering picture is one of a man who has gotten this far in the race on what seems like little more than good looks and charm, something Brian McGory, accused Kerry Healey of having little of.

Well today it seems like Deval has had "enough of that" and made a statement that will probably in one way or another haunt him for the rest of his political life because it accuses the media of doing what he himself ignored on more than one occasion and that is

MAKE THE VICTIM RELIVE THE CRIME

To add insult to the intelligence of the rest of us he then goes on a tirade which could only be described as hysterical blindness...

“Kerry Healey has never offered a single reason why she should be governor that doesn't depend on tearing me down…”
Deval have you seen her website? Heard her views on taxes, illegal immigrants, sex offender laws...for god sakes she wants to put a cell phone lot at LOGAN, that alone should be enough to get her elected.

“She has no vision, no plan, no positive agenda, no leadership experience.”
Deval she has a vision and a plan and a positive agenda and I'm sorry but I would say that being the Lt. Governor for four years is more experience than you have as an elected official.

“Her record on jobs and the economy, on health care, on higher education, on crime has been one of shortcuts, gimmicks and failure. And so rather than deal with that, she has done everything she can to change the subject.”
Kerry has promoted tougher public safety laws. She has been a leader in efforts to increase penalties for sex offenders and drunk drivers. She is an advocate for victims, ever hear of Melanie's Law? She wants to discuss the subject you are the one who changes it.

“Well, my message to the Healey campaign is that I will not let you run from your record any longer. You can try all you want to change the subject and shift the blame, but we are going to expose for all just how your failed policies and your failed politics are the reason so many people are stuck and struggling and losing hope. The garbage peddlers who shopped this story around town are part of that failed politics, too.”
Aww the true Deval has finally spoken, but I thought the garbage peddlers were the Boston Globe and the local news…

“We are going to ask the people to choose whether the politics of fear, division and personal destruction is what they want or whether we’re better than that and are ready to finally throw out those who dump this trash in the public square.”
Deval we are no better than that, and it has you scared to death. You are dealing with a society and a culture that is spoon-fed Brangelina for dinner and Madonna’s adoption for dessert, the politics of fear sell, sell, sell and we are buying.

“We need a change. What started last night on Howie Carr and continued even into this morning on John Depetro is disheartening because it just may be true, but not in the sense that women know nothing of politics or care. I think most people don't know and don't care, especially people under the age of thirty. I would bet just as many 25 year old men are as clueless about politics as women the same age. I don't think the question should be "Why do women not understand politics or care," it should be "Why do people, in general pay little to no attention to or care about politics?"

Apathy plays a large part of this, I believe people think they can not change anything so they find it easier to tune out, as Deval Patrick would say "Ignorance is bliss.." Sorry he didn't say that, but he is banking on that being the case and unfortunately it looks like a lot of ignorant people will be voting, not just women.

The Silence of the Lambs......

Janet Wu tonight closed her segment by saying "...will Deval turn from his message of hope to fight Healey’s message of fear". Give me a break!!! I guess the truth hurts doesn't it Janet? In the past week the only thing we have to fear is how far Deval Patrick will go to protect the rights of the CRIMINALS. Criminals that rape women and shoot police officers. Deval Patrick wants you to think he is one of 'you' fighting one of 'them'. What he means in layman’s terms because it is obvious the moonbats in this state need everything to be defined in easy to understand pithy sound bites is if 'you' are a criminal then Deval Patrick will protect 'you'. Is your food cold, are your undies dirty, your cell a little too hot for your liking, the sheets not up to their hospital corners?? Well then call up Deval Patrick and he will put pen to paper and fight for your civil rights. I am sorry that I am under the impression that if you get convicted of a violent crime and are in jail you do not have any rights, maybe I am just mislead.

According to our fearless HOPES-to be leader the 'politics' as usual in my state, ya know, the growing crime rate, the Big Dig, and the loss of jobs are warping my fragile little mind. Not so fast...Face it the reason this state has lost jobs is because of the politics as usual and these are the politics of a legislature, DEMOCRATIC in nature, that have alienated and ignored the people who live, excuse me, used to live in this state. The Big Dig was going on long before Kerry Healey was on the scene and the crime rate is as much a city problem as a state one, and Menino shares in a lot of that problem and has for longer than I care to remember. Deval Patrick supporters are upset about property tax; well once the criminals are free I am sure they won't have a problem with a tax on their property as much as who is trespassing onto it.

This whole campaign of hope has made me insane. The level of disservice the media does on a regular basis to misinform the general public of what is really going on is just unbelievable, like Deval they spin the information to fit their agenda and in the process create a vast community of under educated sheep. Baah sheeep baah because Deval is the wolf in sheep’s clothing leading you down the primrose path despite the fact that you can't smell the shit you just stepped in.

Is there a Late Payment Fee???

Is it just a little boo boo on the part of the Patrick's and SunTrust or is there something more devalish going on? I don' t know who gets so lucky that a bank giving that person a mortgage does not have any legal claim on the property if the loanee does not pay!!!??!!! Awww... it must just be the garsh darn good luck of Mr. Deval Patrick, put-upon, hard-working, struggling his whole life to get out from under the man, only to become him. John Depetro went as far as suggesting that perhaps something like this shows that Deval has some sort of character flaw. I commend Mr. Depetro for saying something that will likely lead to calls of discrimination from the same moonbats who pester Scott Allen Miller. It is becoming obvious that Deval thinks of himself as above reproach, and all knowing, a character flaw perhaps or it could be the same disease his supporters are afflicted by: delusion.

Circa: Last Week

I watched United 93 for the first time seven hours ago and I am still waiting for the shock to subside. The past months have brought memories of September 11th back to the forefront of our collective conscience as we mark five years since that Tuesday morning. In five years a lot has changed and not for the better. The patriotism that was visibly on display and the feeling of a community bound by sorrow in the early days and weeks after has now been replaced with mistrust and an anti-Bush sentiment that is perpetuated by the media and reinforced by a Democratic party that can simply be summed up as mislead. We are a country divided by our basest instinct to be protected from harm and because security has become a platform instead of a responsibility our vulnerabilities have been exploited and our judgment, compromised. Now instead of real issues, we are being subjected to illicit emails sent by Mark Foley and forced to listen to the shrill that belongs to the one and only Nancy Pelosi. Who gives a shit? This is news? No!!!! This is a politically motivated attack by the liberal media propaganda machine to show Republicans as villains and democrats as ‘ethical’. What a sad state of affairs we find ourselves in. How easily the American public is lured into forgetting exactly where it is and where it is headed. How easily we are lulled into complacency by rhetoric and ideology, all we are missing is the definition of is and a blue dress.

Together We Can Prank Call Scotto

Patrick Johnston wants democrats to think that Kerry Healey is smearing Deval Patrick’s name because she is asking him to explain his association with Benjamin LaGuer and of course running those nasty negative ads that the dems have “had enough of”. Sorry that the people want an explanation as to why a man who wants to govern ALL OF US would have an association with someone who (might be) a brutal and dangerous rapist. Johnston has gone so far as to tell Deval’s supporters that they should listen to their favorite talk show and call in and defend his viewpoint on particular issues. This is a laugh riot on soooo many levels. First, if any democrat listened to talk radio they would realize what a danger Deval will be to Massachusetts and would quickly rethink their decision to vote for him. His coaxing voice, relaxed posture, and matter of fact statements about why he should be our next Governor and why we would want that, lull us into his world of “Together We Can”. He wants us to know he is a nice guy he doesn’t play it the way big bad Kerry Healey and her attack ads do. He looks us in the eye and talks to us as if it were a one-on-one conversation. All that is missing is him untying his shoes and putting on a beige button down sweater. Deval is promising to be a different kind of leader, one who will take on Beacon Hill. However, Deval has to get off the train to the land of make believe and start explaining why he can’t answer a question about whether or not he will raise taxes, what he is planning to do about the illegal immigrants in our state, sex offenders, property taxes and the Big Dig and explain his ideas and his actions with something that equates to more than rhetoric and slogans. Unlike King Friday we aren’t just going to accept him having a hand in our future.

Devastated All Over Again

On the morning of Friday February 21st 2003 most of us woke up to the news and the images of a horrific fire that engulfed a nightclub killing 100 people. Images from the fire, ironically from a report that one of the owners was doing for a nightly newscast, show that the fire spread quickly and that the conditions inside the club, the overcrowding and the general confusion along with the hazardous flammable material inside the club created a raging inferno of fire and toxic smoke. In time it came to light that soundproofing used to appease the neighbors was the cause of the devastation, simple egg crates, any number of people who went to college would have been familiar with, and anyone with common sense would have known were flammable. There were no sprinklers at The Station, the fire exits were not kept up to code and the inspections if in fact they happened regularly, did not seem to happen with any kind of regard. In the days and weeks after the fire the descriptions of how most of the people perished came to light, and the scene described inside and at the front door where people were crushed against each other dying feet from the outside world are realities that are hard to fathom.

Perishing the way these people did was truly a tragedy and I can’t imagine how painful the thought of someone I love dying that way would be, but I can imagine and fathom the outrage and hatred I would feel knowing that although there was plenty of blame to go around no one took accountability or responsibility for it. The owners claimed ignorance, the inspectors claimed no negligence, and the law handed down a punishment as if the crime that was committed at The Station was irrelevant.

As Americans we want to believe in our justice system, we want to believe that the guilty will be punished and that the victims will be vindicated, if not during their life, at least in their death. We want to believe that people who don’t follow the rules, who cut corners, and feel no concern for actions that could cause harm to others pay for their blatant disregard. Yet more and more we are being faced with the reality that accountability and responsibility are not as important as the quick fix and the bottom line.

The Derderians are guilty; they are guilty of greed, guilty of not caring about the people that worked for them, the people who were their customers, their friends and their livelihood. They cared about their profits and this made them oblivious to the things they did that put others in danger because they never thought that there would be consequences to their actions. They killed 100 innocent people, and destroyed countless others lives, and the justice that should have fallen on the side of the lives destroyed burned them once again much like it did the night of February 20th. How a family member who lost one of their love ones could not be disillusioned is beyond me. It is insulting to those who died and to those they left behind that their lives and their painful deaths did not receive the closure they deserved, so that at least their deaths would not be in vein and that the guilty would pay and learn that their actions had consequences regardless of the fact that they did not plan or mean for it to happen. Listening today to the victims family, describing their loved ones, yet not allowed to direct their anger at the two men who ruined their lives, was heartbreaking and courageous, because it sickens me that the protection these two men were given to them by the court was more evident than the protection these two men provided to the people who died in their establishment.

William Wallace would be Pissed!!!!!!!!!!

I guess Mel no longer believes in FRRRREEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

Musings on The Polite-ly Correct, Ridiculously Self-Important, and Katie Courific

Can I get a job giving free coffee cards to the asshole that won't move into the T? Only in Boston would people have to be bribed in order to be polite. Thus reinforcing the sad fact that unless there is a reward attached to something why the hell should it be done? Obviously borrowed from the wildly successful and scarily outdated children's lessons of kindergarten, the ass that decided that this was a good idea must have needed to give a job to one of his children. The person that gives up his seat to the pregnant, elderly, or disenfranchised doesn't need a coffee card to do this, they already have dignity, they don't live in this state, but that is a different story.

******************************

Harvard has a new magazine that will be marketed to the public at large, they are trying to develop the Harvard brand, ya know the brand that tolerates totalitarianism and shuns capitalism. The title OU812..oh I mean RU486 no, actually it is called 90210. Sorry that is insulting to 90210. Maybe there will be a monthly column written by dictators on how to spread tolerance in the time of violence through useful discourse. I wouldn't wipe my ass with it.

********************************

Katie Couric needs to get a fucking grip. However she is a respected and brilliant journalist who asks the hard-hitting questions. Recently she asked Condi Rice why the administration 'lied' to us about those baddy waddy Weapons of Mass destruction. Then to add more insult to injury she has the gall to ask Condi Rice if (a) she has learned from her 'mistakes' and then (b) "Who made us the boss of them?" a question her daughter posed, SUPPOSEDLY. Katie who made you someone we get reliable unbiased news from? Isn't it Ironic? Don'tcha think? Yes I really do think. Recently, Hugo Chavez, a dimwitted dictator from Venezuela who sits on a lot of oil and spews a lot of hot gas, came to New York City and called the leader of the free world the devil. Nothing is surprising anymore and I guess that is what is so surprising. Twenty years ago you did not come to the United States or live in the United States and denounce the President. The President was still a man who we respected because we used to believe that being the President meant something. Until Bill Clinton made a mockery of the Oval Office, using his power much as if he were starring as the President instead of being one, the Presidency had our respect and our support for continuing a country that our ancestors fought for, you know immigrants who actually came to America to become an American. Now that Clinton’s legacy and the egregious and arrogant prick he is, is coming to light we must start to think of how much harm he did to our country and how little he seemed or seems to care (especially about our intelligence) or take responsibility for the colossal failure of upholding what he took an Oath for. And no I am not talking about his marriage. Before Clinton if someone came into our country and denounced the President there would be uproar of some kind or, at the very least, cover the front page of newspapers. In Boston we have two liberals supporting this derelict by giving oil to the citizens he sent us and a national fight between.....CITGO Hell No and CITGO Yes We Can! In two days I have heard more about the goddamned CITGO sign than all of the people who came out in defense of our President. Sadly even the President didn't defend himself , but the thin line he treads in this country courtesy of the portrayal he receives by mass media probably saved us weeks of "Hugo Chavez: Embattled Dictator (in the nicest sense of the word) takes heat from the devil." This is our country. These are our priorities. Save a goddamned halogen sign because people believe it is a landmark, "yeah I could never find the clusterfuck that is traffic in Kenmore Square without it" but fail to realize why the sign should come down or even care about the reason behind it. Let’s face it Boston, we got what we all so desperately thought we wanted....Deval? No Dumbass, a World Series Win, but what devil did we sell our souls to for that privilege?
